Our office is over in Alwal, specifically in Rammandhir Colony. It’s quite close to the railway station, so you can hear the trains passing by every now and then. We are located at P. Haritha 8 139/6, near the Alwal T Temple. It’s a nice area, a bit quieter than the main city parts of Secunderabad. We’ve been operating My Home Constructions Pvt. Ltd. from this spot for a bit. The building isn't hard to find if you know the landmark of the temple. Most of us here live nearby, so we don't have to commute too far. On a typical day, we are just managing the site schedules and making sure the supplies are where they should be. It’s dusty work sometimes, but that’s just how construction goes. We don't have a big reception desk or anything like that. You just walk in and talk to whoever is sitting at the desk. We keep the fans running all day because it gets warm in the afternoons. Sometimes the neighbors stop by to chat. It feels more like a community spot than a corporate office. We like it that way. No one wears suits here unless there’s a big meeting, which doesn’t happen too often. We just focus on the plans and the bricks. It’s straightforward work. Secunderabad has its own pace, and we just follow along with it. The neighborhood has a lot of trees still, which makes the walk to the station nice.
