Legend Estates is based over in Secunderabad, and our office address is 11-1-56 to 58. We are located near the main hub of the city, which means there is always a lot of noise from the traffic and the local markets. S. Vijaya Saradhi is the one who keeps things running here, often working alongside Krishna Prasad. The office is a bit of an old-school setup in an older building that has seen a lot of years. We have stacks of maps and property papers all over the place, which is just the nature of the business in Hyderabad and Andhra Pradesh. It is not a very modern place with glass walls or anything like that, just a solid brick-and-mortar office where we meet with people and talk about land. The fans are always humming to keep the air moving because it gets quite stuffy in the afternoons. We have been in this Secunderabad location for a long time, and we know the neighborhood like the back of our hands. People usually just drop in to chat about different plots or to check on their paperwork. We do not go for anything fancy, just a few wooden chairs and a big table for looking at blueprints.
