Our office is situated in the Manyata Embassy Tech Park over in Nagavara, Bangalore. BL Kashyap & Sons has been in the construction and building business for a long time, and this Bangalore branch is a key part of that. Being in a tech park means it’s a very busy area with thousands of people coming and going. We handle a lot of the big construction contracts from here, focusing on the engineering and management side of things. It's a lot of sitting at desks and looking at large-scale plans. The office atmosphere is pretty standard for Bangalore—fast-paced and always something going on. We don't really do the whole "corporate mission" talk; we just get on with the work of building. There are always meetings with architects or suppliers happening in the conference room. It’s a hub for our operations in the southern part of the country. Even though we are in a fancy tech park, the work itself is still about the basics: bricks, mortar, and schedules. We have a lot of staff here who have been with us for years, just quietly doing their jobs. It’s a reliable place where we try to keep things organized despite how crazy the construction world can get. We’re just another office in the park, working hard to stay on top of the projects we’ve taken on for the city.
