Our office for M/S.American Building Technologies (P) Ltd is located in the Malkaj Giri area of Hyderabad. Specifically, we are at 101 Anjanadri Appartment in Vishnupuri Colony. It’s a pretty standard residential-turned-commercial spot, so it feels more like a home office than a big corporate building. We spend most of our time here talking to contractors and looking at building plans. Hyderabad is growing so fast, so there is always a new project starting somewhere nearby. We focus on the tech side of construction, which means a lot of technical talk and checking specifications. It’s not always glamorous work. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power goes out, but we manage. Usually, there are blueprints spread out over the main table and someone is always on the phone with a site manager. Being in Vishnupuri Colony is handy because it’s a quiet enough neighborhood but still connected to the city. We have a small team here. We don't have a big reception desk or anything like that. You just walk in and someone will be there to help you out with whatever you need. We’ve been at this address for a while and the locals know us. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure the building materials and tech stuff align correctly. We just try to get the job done properly without making a big fuss about it, just dealing with the daily tasks as they come.
