M/S Ultra Power Construction

Ultra Power Construction is based out of Cuttack, right in the Jobra Biraja Roy Colony. We operate out of Quarter Number 14, which is officially cared for by Bhagirathi Sahoo. It’s near the College Square post office, so it’s a pretty central spot in this part of Orissa. The office isn't a big industrial site; it's more of a home-base where we manage our construction projects. Cuttack is an old city, and our neighborhood has that lived-in, busy feel to it. We have a lot of stuff going on at any given time, mostly keeping track of our crews and materials. The colony is a bit of a maze if you aren't from around here, but once you find Quarter 14, you'll see us. It’s a simple brick-and-mortar setup. We don't have a lot of fancy tech, just the basics to keep the business running. Most of our work happens out at the sites, so this place is mainly for the paperwork and planning. We drink a lot of tea and talk through the daily schedules here. It’s an honest, local operation. We’ve been part of the community for a while, and we know our neighbors well. It’s just how we do things—nothing too formal, just making sure the houses and buildings we work on are getting done right. We just take it day by day and keep the gear moving.
