If you are looking for S.M.R Builders, we are located in Sri Venkateshwara Colony. The office is at H.No.11-5-35/4 on Road No.5 in the Saroornagar area of Hyderabad. It is a decent neighborhood, and we have seen it change quite a bit over the years as more houses went up. We spend a lot of our time looking at blueprints or talking to contractors on the phone. The office usually has a few stacks of tiles or brick samples sitting in the corner that nobody has moved in weeks. It is not the most organized place, but we know where everything is. Our team is mostly local folks who know the Hyderabad streets well. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, so we just sit out on the porch and wait for it to come back. We handle various building projects around the city. It is hard work, especially when the sun is really beating down on the sites, but it is what we do. People stop by the office to ask about plot sizes or just to say hello since we have been on Road No.5 for a bit. We do not have a big reception desk or fancy coffee machines.
