M/S. Phenix Varco Pruden.

Our place, M/S. Phenix Varco Pruden, is actually inside the Janapriya Apartments in Miyapur. Specifically, we are in Block A5, Phase-V, at Flat 455-A. It’s a bit of a residential feel since it’s an apartment complex, but we’ve made it work for our needs. T. Srinivas is around quite a bit, and Raghu Ram.G handles a lot of the day-to-day stuff from this location. Hyderabad is a big city, but Miyapur has its own rhythm that we’ve grown to like. We’re tucked away on the fifth phase, so it’s not as noisy as the main roads. You have to go through the gates and find the right block, which sometimes confuses delivery people. The flat itself is where all the planning and coordinating happens. It’s not a huge space, but it fits our desks and the few files we keep on hand. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at documents at the main table. There’s a small kitchen area where we take breaks. It feels more like a home office than a corporate headquarters, which is fine by us. We’ve been here for a while and the neighbors know us by now. It’s a practical spot for what we do in this part of town. We just keep things moving and try to stay organized within the walls of Flat 455-A. Sometimes we work late when the deadlines are tight, but mostly we stick to a regular schedule.
