Modi Properties & Investments Pvt. Ltd. is based out of Nallagutta, right on Minister Road. It is a pretty active area with a lot of traffic passing by every single day. We spend most of our time looking at property papers and talking to people about land in and around this part of the city. The office isn't anything fancy, just a practical place to get work done. We have a few desks and some old filing cabinets that have been here since we started. Minister Road is a well-known spot, so people usually don't have too much trouble finding us. We handle a lot of small details when it comes to investments and real estate transactions. It can be a lot of back-and-forth with the paperwork, and sometimes things take longer than expected because of the legal side of things. We see all kinds of people coming through our doors, some looking for a small plot and others interested in bigger stuff. The tea guy comes by twice a day which is usually when we take a break from the phones. The weather here can get quite hot, so we keep the fans going all day long. We have a few maps of the local area on the wall to help explain where different sites are located. It’s just us doing our thing in this corner of Nallagutta. We don't have a big sales team, just a couple of people who know the local market well enough to help.
