M/S Lanco Hills

Lanco Hills is a big project, and our office is right on the site at Survey No 201 in Manikonda Village. Mr. I. Sundara Siva Rao is the person you will find managing things from here. This part of Hyderabad, under the Rajendranagar Mandal, has changed so much lately with all the new buildings going up. It used to be just rocks and bushes, but now it is a massive construction zone. Our office is practical because we need to be where the work is happening. It is often dusty and loud with the sounds of drills and heavy machinery in the background, but that is just how it is. We spend our days looking at site reports and making sure the supplies like steel and concrete are arriving at the right gates. It is a lot of walking around in the sun to check on the progress of different blocks. We don't have a polished corporate environment here; there are usually some boots near the door and dust on the tables. We handle a lot of the infrastructure side of the development. Sometimes the local laborers come by with questions, and we have to sort things out right there on the spot. It is a long day's work, but seeing the buildings actually take shape makes it feel worth it. We are just a regular team trying to keep the project moving forward.
