We are based out of Secunderabad, over in the Alwal area. Our specific spot is G1 in the A S Enclave at Venkatapuram. It's a decent neighborhood to work from. Coramandel Prestcrete deals with concrete and pre-stressing work, which is pretty heavy-duty stuff. We’ve got the equipment and the space to manage these types of technical building materials. Most of our days involve looking at structural specs and making sure the concrete is going to hold up like it should. We aren't into big speeches or fancy presentations. We just get the slabs and beams sorted out. Living and working in Secunderabad has its own pace. It’s a bit quieter than the main city but still keeps us busy. Our office isn't hard to find if you’re near Venkatapuram. We've been at 20-11/1 for a while. Usually, there's a lot of talk about tension and load-bearing stuff around here. It might sound dry to most, but it’s what we do. We handle the manufacturing and the logistics of getting these parts to where they need to go. It’s a private limited setup, but we keep the atmosphere pretty casual among the staff. We don't use a lot of big words or corporate lingo. We just focus on the concrete and the deadlines we have to meet. It is just steady, daily work for a dedicated crew of builders. We enjoy the process of making things that actually last.
