M/S Aster Teleservices, Hyderabad

We operate Aster Teleservices from a spot in Guntur, specifically in the Krishna Nagar area. Vikram Raja is the one usually here at D.No: 3-1-228, 10/1. The landmark we always tell people is the back side of the Venkateswara Swamy Temple. It is a pretty well-known spot, though the lanes can be a bit narrow for bigger vehicles. We handle a lot of the teleservices work that keeps people connected. The office itself is quite plain. We have some desks, a few old chairs, and a lot of technical manuals lying around. It is a working space, not a place meant for hosting big corporate meetings. We spend a lot of time coordinating between our teams and making sure everything is running like it should. Being in Guntur means we deal with some pretty hot weather for most of the year, so our air conditioner is always running. We aren't into making big promises or using a lot of fancy words. We just take the service requests as they come in and try to handle them as fast as possible. It is a lot of logistics and technical troubleshooting. Some days the phones don't stop ringing, and other days we are just waiting for the next job to start. We usually start the day with a quick tea and a look at the schedule. It is a straightforward way to earn a living and we have been doing it this way for years.
