Modera Constructions

Our office is located at Jamuna Towers in Malakpet, right in Flat No. 411. We have been operating Modera Constructions from this same spot for a while now. Malakpet is a very busy part of Hyderabad, and being in a tower like Jamuna makes it quite easy for people to find us once they get through the traffic. We aren't a massive construction giant or anything like that. It is just a few of us here trying to manage various building projects around the city. Our day-to-day work involves a lot of phone calls to different sites and meeting with people who want to renovate their old homes or maybe build something entirely new. We have stacks of blueprints and files all over the place in the office. It is a bit messy and disorganized, but that is how we know we are actually getting things done. Construction is a tough business with lots of moving parts, and things don't always go exactly as we planned them. We deal with labor problems, material costs, and all the city paperwork, which can be quite a lot to handle some weeks. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do. We just build stuff. If you come to Malakpet, you can stop by and we can talk about whatever you are planning to build. We have worked on various small and medium projects over the years and we know the local area well. It is just us doing our bit in the construction world.
