We are located right at the Anpara Power Plant in Uttar Pradesh. It is a massive place, and being based inside means we are always right in the middle of the action. Our work is mostly focused on helping with the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the plant. It’s a very industrial environment, full of noise and heavy machinery. We don't have a typical office setting. Our space is more of a workshop where we keep our tools and gear. Working at a power plant like Anpara means the hours can be long and the conditions are often hot and loud. We have been here for many years, so we know the layout of the place better than most. The team is made up of people who aren't afraid to get their hands dirty. We don't spend much time on fancy talk or corporate meetings. We just get our assignments and go out to the site to finish them. Some days are harder than others, especially when there’s a breakdown or the weather is particularly bad. But we’ve been doing this for a long time and we know how to handle the pressure of keeping things running. We aren't a big, distant company. We are right here on the ground, doing the work alongside everyone else at the plant. It is a tough job but we take some pride in just showing up and doing it well.
