Down here in New Boiguda, Mfar Constructions Pvt Ltd operates out of the 6-2-309 address. Secunderabad has a lot of history, and we are glad to be part of the current building scene here. Construction is a lot of hard work and staying on top of small details that most people don’t even notice. We spend our mornings looking over site reports and the afternoons out where the actual building is happening. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a practical place to keep our files and meet with the guys from the sites. We handle the everyday reality of construction—late trucks, weather delays, and trying to keep everything on track. It's a bit of a juggle, honestly. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing, and other times it's quiet while everyone is out on-site. We don’t use any big words to describe what we do because building things is pretty basic at its core. You need good materials and people who know how to use them. Being near the station area means it’s always lively around here. We just show up every day, drink some tea, and get back to the drawings. It's a lot of coordination and making sure the foundations are right before we move to the next step. It's a living, and we take it one brick at a time. It isn't always pretty but it's what we do.
