Maytas Properties

We are located over in Santosh Nagar here in Hyderabad. Maytas Properties has been operating out of this area for some time now. It’s a busy part of town, always something moving or someone walking by outside the window. Our office isn't anything too special to look at from the street, but it’s where we spend our mornings and afternoons. We mostly deal with local property stuff. People who live around Santosh Nagar probably already know the vibe. It’s crowded, lively, and there is a lot going on at any given hour of the day. Most mornings I’m just sitting here going through documents or answering the phone when someone has a question about a piece of land or a house nearby. Big speeches or fancy presentations aren't our thing. Usually, a simple conversation over a desk with a glass of water is how we do things. The weather in Hyderabad can be pretty tough in the summer, so we’re glad for the shade in the office. We try to stay organized, but with so many different properties to keep track of, the paperwork tends to pile up on the corners of the desks. That is just how it goes when you’ve been in the same spot for a while. We know the people around here and they know us too. It’s a simple setup for a local business. We come in, do our work, and head home like everyone else. There’s no need to make things sound more complicated than they really are.
