Maytas Properties

Our office is located at H. No. 23-1-644/16/1 in Ghouse Colony, which is part of the Moghalpura area in Hyderabad 2. It’s an old part of the city with a lot of character and narrow lanes. Maytas Properties has been sitting here for quite some time now. We are surrounded by other houses and small local shops, so it feels very much like a community. The building is a bit older, with those thick walls that keep the heat out in the summer. We don't have a big reception desk or a lobby. You just walk in and we’re usually there at our desks working through the daily pile of records. There’s always someone coming by to ask about a plot or a house nearby. We keep a pot of water and some glasses ready for visitors because it gets dusty outside. The traffic in Moghalpura can be a bit much, but we like being in the heart of things. It’s a practical location for us since we deal with so many local properties. We don’t really use fancy software or gadgets much. Most of our work is done with pens, paper, and a lot of patience. It’s a slow and steady process, and we like it that way. We know the area well and the people here know us too. It’s just a normal day-to-day operation for our small team.
