Maytas Properties

Our place is over in Kukatpally, specifically at Block no 10, Flat no 14 in the Mig 5th Phase of Kphb Colony. It’s a bit of a maze back here if you aren't used to the layout of the colony. Maytas Properties operates right from this flat. It’s a residential area mostly, so it feels more like a home than a regular office space. We have neighbors living right next door and kids playing out in the corridors sometimes. Being in Hyderabad, especially in a spot like Kphb, means things are always moving fast outside, but inside here, we just keep to our work. We deal with property matters every day, sitting around the table and going through whatever comes our way. The flat is small but it has enough room for the few of us to sit and talk to anyone who stops by. We usually have the balcony door open to let some air in while we sort through the paperwork. It’s not the kind of place with big signs or glass doors. Just a regular door with our name on it. Getting here is easy enough if you know the 5th phase landmarks. We’ve been here for a bit now, getting to know the local rhythms. It gets a little noisy in the evenings when everyone gets home, but that’s just how it is in this part of town.
