We are located at 401, Vrushabadri Block, within the Seven Hills Apartments on Nizam Pet Road. Being on the fourth floor gives us a bit of a view of the street below, which is usually quite busy. Hyderabad is a city that never seems to slow down. As Maytas Properties Pvt Ltd, we manage various real estate tasks from this office. It’s a functional space. We have a few desks, some chairs for visitors, and plenty of filing cabinets. The lift in the building sometimes has its moods, so we end up taking the stairs occasionally. It keeps us moving. The atmosphere here is pretty casual. We don't wear suits unless there’s a really big meeting, which isn't often. Mostly, it’s just us working through the daily requirements of property management. Nizam Pet Road has grown a lot with many new apartment complexes popping up. It’s interesting to see the landscape change. We try to be helpful to anyone who walks in. We don't have a big script or a sales pitch. We just tell people the facts about the properties they are interested in. Sometimes we stay late to finish up the week's work, but we enjoy the rhythm of it. It’s a local business run by local people who understand how things work in this part of town.
