We are based in Hyderabad, dealing with various property projects as Maytas Properties Ltd. Being in a city this size means there is always a lot going on. Our days are filled with meetings, site visits, and the usual office work that comes with the territory. It’s a busy environment. We don’t really have a lot of time for polished presentations. Most of the time, we are just sitting down with people and going over maps or documents. The city has expanded so much in the last decade. It feels like every time you turn a corner, there’s a new building going up. We try to keep pace with all the changes. Our team is a mix of people who have lived here forever and some who are newer. We don’t use any corporate talk here. If you come talk to us, we just speak normally. It’s about being practical. We have our fair share of long afternoons where the paperwork seems never-ending. But that's the nature of the business. We don't pretend to be anything we aren't. We’re just a property company working in the middle of a very fast-paced city. Sometimes we grab snacks from the stall down the street when the work piles up. It’s a regular job for us, and we take it one day at a time. There is always a new challenge waiting tomorrow, but we handle it as it comes.
