Our office for Maytas Properties Ltd is situated at Plot No-174 in Hyderabad. Specifically, we are over in the Vivekananda Nagar Extension area. If you know the Eenadu Society in Kukatpally, we are quite close to that. We are actually located right behind the Smhitha Residency. It is a bit of a tucked-away spot, but it works well for us. Hyderabad-72 is a busy zone, but our little corner feels a bit more local and grounded. We don't have a big fancy storefront or anything like that. It is just a plot where we have our office set up. We spend our time here handling all the different property tasks that come our way throughout the week. It is a practical space, nothing too flashy or modern. We are just regular people doing our jobs every day. Sometimes the directions to get here are a bit long, mentioning Smhitha Residency and the Eenadu Society, but once you find it, it makes sense. We’ve been in the Kukatpally area for a while now and have seen it change quite a bit with new shops and more people. There are many more buildings now than there used to be when we first arrived. We just keep our heads down and do the work at Maytas Properties Ltd. We don't use any big words or marketing talk. It’s just a plain office on Plot No-174 where we keep all our records and meet people when they need to talk about property stuff. It’s a simple way to run things.
