Maytas Properties Limited.

Our office is at 403, Classic Residency, which is built on MIG 373 and 374. We are on Road Number 5 in the KPHB Colony area of Hyderabad. It is right near the Bank of Maharashtra, which is usually how people find us if they get lost. We are Maytas Properties Limited. KPHB is a very busy area, so being in a residency building like Classic Residency helps keep things a bit more manageable. We are on the fourth floor. From the windows, you can see a lot of what’s happening on Road Number 5. We spend most of our time here as Maytas Properties Limited looking at property maps and dealing with the legal side of things. It’s a lot of sitting and reading. The office is pretty basic, just some chairs and tables and a lot of cabinets for the files we keep. We have been in Hyderabad 72 for quite a while now. The neighborhood has a lot of banks and shops, so it’s easy to get things done nearby. We don't have a big mission statement or anything. We just come in, do the property work, and head home. It’s a local business through and through. The residency is a solid building and it’s a good place for us to keep our records safe. We just focus on the daily tasks and talking to anyone who stops by the office for property matters.
