We are located inside the BHEL Township in RC Puram, Hyderabad. Our specific spot is Quarter Number 439/A, Type II. It is a very specific kind of neighborhood because it’s a township, so everything feels very organized and quiet compared to the rest of the city. We are Maytas Properties Limited. Working out of a township quarter is a bit different than being in a big commercial building. It feels much more like a community. We have our desks set up and we handle all the property matters from here. The 500032 area is where we have been for a while. Because it’s BHEL, there are lots of trees and the roads are quite wide. We spend our days as Maytas Properties Limited dealing with various land and property records. It is a peaceful place to work. Sometimes we see the same people walking their dogs or going to the market every day. It’s not a fancy corporate setup, just a practical space where we can get the property paperwork sorted. The weather in RC Puram is usually a bit better because of all the greenery around the township. We like being tucked away here. It makes the workday go by smoothly without all the honking and traffic you get in the main city areas. We just keep to our routine and handle whatever work comes across our desks during the day.
