You can find Maytas Infra Ltd at Flat No. S-1 and S-2 in the R. S. Plaza building. The house number is 1-8/9, and we are situated in Ramshankar Nagar, which is in the Raman area of Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh. This part of the city has its own pace, and we have fit right in. Our office space is actually two flats joined together, which gives us a bit more room for our equipment and records. It is a practical arrangement for the type of work we do. There is a lot of back-and-forth between this office and the various project sites. We spend our mornings going through emails and our afternoons usually involve a lot of phone calls. The building is on a street that gets fairly busy during school hours, so we have learned to time our arrivals and departures to avoid the worst of the traffic. It is not a high-end office suite with glass elevators. It is just a solid, functional space where we handle the logistics and planning for our infrastructure jobs. We have a small area where we keep our site gear like helmets and vests. Most of the staff has been here for a long time, so we know each other well. We do not worry about looking like a big corporation. We just care about making sure the jobs get finished properly and the bills get paid on time without any unnecessary complications.
