Maytas Infra Ltd

Our setup for Maytas Infra Ltd in Sanath Nagar is located at D.No 7-1-307/14/F/16. This is in Jayaprakash Nagar, which is a busy part of Hyderabad. We’re based out of Sudharshan Rao’s place. It is a bit of a maze to find if you aren't from around here, but once you know the street, it’s easy enough. We don't have a big front desk or a lobby. It’s just a room where we keep our maps and project papers. Most of the time, the people here are busy looking at site plans or talking on their mobiles. It’s a very practical environment. We don’t spend money on fancy furniture because we’d rather just focus on the infrastructure work. Sanath Nagar is a lively area with plenty of shops nearby, so we usually go out for lunch. The office itself is modest. It’s just a house like all the others on the block. We’ve been using this as a base for quite some time now. It’s helpful to have a spot in this part of the city. We don’t really have visitors often, mostly just delivery guys or staff from other sites. It's not a place for big meetings or anything corporate. It’s just where the real work of tracking our projects happens. It feels like a normal neighborhood house because that is exactly what it is. We try to keep the noise down for the neighbors since we're right in their midst.
