Mastana Constructions

Mastana Constructions is run by Irphan Ali Shaik and we operate out of a space in Begumpet. The address is D.No 1-11-37/1/1, and we’re care of Wahed Khan. Hyderabad is a big place, but Begumpet has its own feel to it. It’s very central. We’ve been doing construction work from this office for quite some time now. It’s not a big corporate office with a glass front. It’s more of a home-office type of deal where we sit and go over blueprints and talk to contractors. Most of our day is spent on the phone or out at different sites, but this is where we come back to do the books. We’ve got stacks of files and drawings everywhere. Sometimes it feels a bit cluttered, but we know exactly where everything is. The area around here is always bustling. We’ve known the people in the neighborhood for a long time. It’s the kind of place where you stop and talk to someone on the street for ten minutes before getting back to work. We don't use any fancy software for everything, sometimes just a pen and a notepad works best for sketching out ideas. It’s just Irphan and a few others making sure the building projects stay on schedule. We keep it simple and just focus on the actual building work that needs to get done.
