We’ve set up Maruthi Constructions Pvt.Ltd over in G.M Colony, at H.No: 18-2-43/A/111. This is in the Chandrayan Gutta area of Hyderabad. It’s a lively part of the city, and we’ve been working out of this house for quite a few years now. We handle various building projects, mostly residential stuff for people around here. Our office isn't anything you’d see in a magazine. It’s just a practical space with desks, some old chairs, and stacks of project files. Hyderabad is growing fast, so there is always some new work to look at. We spend a lot of our time visiting sites and making sure the workers have what they need. It’s not always easy, especially when the heat hits or when materials are late arriving. We don't have a big sales team. Most people just come by the office because they know us or saw a building we finished down the road. We try to be straight with people about costs and how long things will take. Sometimes there are problems, but we work through them. We aren't some massive corporation with a glass building. We are just local builders who know the soil and the local rules. The colony is a good place to be based, even if the traffic nearby gets a bit much. We just keep doing our work, one project at a time, and that seems to work for us.
