We are located in Manipuri Colony, which is part of the Lingojiguda area in Saroor Nagar, Hyderabad. The office is actually a house, H.No.10-3-85/A, which makes it feel a bit more relaxed than those glass buildings in Hi-Tech City. We’ve been working out of this neighborhood for a while, dealing with land and property matters around the city. It’s a quiet residential street, so we usually hear the birds or the occasional vegetable vendor passing by rather than heavy traffic. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, chairs, and a lot of maps pinned to the walls. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at different sites, checking on how things are progressing. It’s the kind of place where you can just drop in and have a glass of water while we look over some papers. There isn’t a dress code, so you’ll usually find us in simple shirts and trousers. The courtyard has a few plants that we try to keep alive, though the Hyderabad sun is pretty tough on them. We don't go in for big marketing campaigns or flashy signs. Most of the people we work with come through word of mouth or because they live in the nearby colonies. It’s a slow and steady process, managing estates and making sure the paperwork is all in order. We like being part of this local community and staying close to the ground where the work actually happens.
