If you are looking for us, we are located in Sunder Nagar Colony in the Erragadda area of Hyderabad. It is a very busy part of the city, especially being so close to the ESI Hospital. The traffic there can be a real headache on Monday mornings, but once you turn into Plot No. 38, things quiet down a little bit. Praveen Dixit is usually the person you will see if you come by the office to talk. Manaksia Ltd has been operating from this spot for a while now. We handle a variety of business tasks from this branch. It is a pretty basic office setup, nothing too shiny or corporate looking. We have our desks, our files, and a lot of tea to keep us going through the afternoon. There is a tea stall right around the corner that we visit every afternoon. Sometimes the heat in Hyderabad makes the office feel a bit stuffy, but we have the fans going and we get the work finished. We like being in Erragadda because it is central and easy for people to reach us, even if the main road is always jammed with cars and buses. We don't really bother with big marketing or trying to look bigger than we actually are. We just focus on the daily operations and making sure the paperwork for our projects is in order. It is a local office where everyone knows each other.
