Madhucon Projects Ltd has a presence in Matlivari Palli, located in Yagavoor village within the Chinnagottigallu Mandal of Chittoor district in Andhra Pradesh. It’s a more rural setting compared to some of our other locations, but it’s just as busy. Being out here in India means we are close to the ground on many of our regional projects. The office is a simple structure that fits in with the village surroundings. We don't have any big signs or neon lights. People in the area know where we are. Working in Chittoor involves a lot of travel between sites and the main office in the village. We deal with the local weather and the pace of life here, which is a bit different from the big cities. Our staff is mostly local, and we prefer it that way. We aren't using high-level corporate strategies; we just look at what needs to be built or managed and we figure out how to do it with what we have. There’s a lot of talk about materials and labor schedules over morning tea. It's a very practical environment. We don’t try to make our work sound more complicated than it is. We just want to do a good job for the projects we are assigned. It’s a quiet life in Matlivari Palli, but the work we do keeps us connected to the bigger picture across the state of Andhra Pradesh. We just take it one day at a time here and see that everything stays on course.
