Out in Kukatpally, specifically over at Plot No: 202 in Madhavaram Nagar Colony, you’ll find Lloyd Insulations (India) Ltd. It’s situated in a part of Hyderabad that’s seen a lot of growth lately. The office is right there in Venkateswara Nagar. We spend most of our time dealing with the logistics of moving insulation materials across the city. Hyderabad gets that dry heat that just soaks into the concrete, so we stay pretty busy. The building we’re in is pretty basic. We have our desks, some old filing cabinets, and a lot of product manuals that we’ve had for years. It’s not a place where you’ll find people in suits every day. We’re more likely to be in dusty clothes after checking on a shipment. We talk to a lot of local guys who are building sheds or fixing up old warehouses. They want something that works and doesn't cost a fortune, so we just show them what’s available. Sometimes the tea stall down the road is the best place to talk shop. We don’t have a fancy reception area. If you come by, you’ll probably see us on the phone or checking invoices. It’s a regular job for us, and we try to do it right without making a big fuss about things. The colony is quiet most of the time, which is nice compared to the main road traffic. We just keep our heads down and work.
