Larsen & Toubro Ltd. Construction Division

You can find our Construction Division of Larsen & Toubro Ltd. at 303, Balaji Niwas in Hyderabad. We’re right across from Sri Sai Vidyalaya in the Nizampet area. It’s a residential neighborhood, so it feels a bit different than being in a big commercial park. Our office is basically an apartment that’s been converted into a workspace. It’s a bit tight when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. Since the school is right there, we hear the kids playing during their breaks, which is a nice change from typical office noise. We focus on the construction projects around this part of Hyderabad. There’s a lot of paperwork to deal with, from permits to material orders. We aren’t a big, flashy operation here. It’s mostly just a few of us sitting at desks with our laptops. We spend a lot of time coordinating with the guys on the actual sites. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish up the reports or sort out a problem with a delivery. We don’t have a receptionist or a fancy sign. People usually just find us by looking for the school. It’s a very practical way of working. We just do our jobs, handle the day-to-day issues, and try to keep everything organized. It’s not about being the biggest or the best; it’s just about doing what we’re supposed to do every day.
