Lanco Infratech Ltd. has an office here in Secunderabad at Flat No 301 in the Mamatha Residency. It’s located in Spring Field Colony, which is part of Jeedimetla village along Medchal Road. It’s an apartment-style setup, so it feels more like a home than a stiff office building. We’ve got a couple of rooms turned into workspaces. It’s usually pretty quiet inside, though you can hear the traffic from Medchal Road if the windows are open. Being on the third floor gives us a bit of a view of the colony, which is nice when you need a break from looking at the screen. We have the usual office stuff like printers and desks tucked into the rooms. It can get a bit tight when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. Most people who come to see us are looking for Mamatha Residency specifically because the colony can be a bit confusing if you aren't from around here. We don’t have any big neon signs or anything. It is just a regular flat where we do our business. We’ve been based out of this Jeedimetla area for some time now. It’s a decent neighborhood and close enough to everything we need. We just go about our day, handle the paperwork, and try to keep things organized. It’s not a glamorous life, but it is our daily reality here in Secunderabad.
