Our office in Nizamabad is located at House Number 3-4-200 in the Kotagally area, specifically on Maisammaveedi street. Phaninder G handles the daily runnings here, and it's a spot that’s been part of the neighborhood for a while. Nizamabad has its own pace, and Kotagally is one of those places where everyone seems to know everyone else. The office is right there in the thick of it, surrounded by local houses and small shops. It’s a very grounded way to work. We don't have a glass front or a receptionist; you just walk in and find us at our desks. There’s usually some noise from the street, maybe a neighbor calling out or a scooter passing by, but that’s just the atmosphere of the place. We focus on the infrastructure side of things from this desk, making sure all the local details for Lanco Infratech Ltd are sorted. It’s a lot of writing, calling people, and checking on project statuses. We keep things very simple and don’t bother with much decoration. The walls have some old calendars and a few maps of the area. It’s a practical space for practical people. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just wait it out or work by the window light. It’s not perfect, but it’s our reality and we make the best of it. We are just local workers trying to stay organized and get the job done right.
