There are a few of us who have been with the company for years, so we’ve seen a lot of changes in the industry. We don't use a lot of big words or corporate talk. We just focus on the technical details and making sure the sites have what they need. Guntur is a good place to be based. It’s got a good community feel. Sometimes we grab lunch at the local spots nearby before heading back to look at more blueprints. It’s a lot of long hours and sometimes things don’t go exactly as planned, but that’s construction for you. We just take it one day at a time and try to stay on top of the workload. It’s a simple, honest way to run a business. We don't need a lot of bells and whistles.
