Kumar Builders

Kumar Builders is located right in the middle of the bustle in Kachiguda, Hyderabad. Our door is H.No 2-4-614/A. It’s a lively neighborhood with a lot of history and old houses mixed with new ones. We spend a lot of our time dealing with the specific challenges of building in a crowded city area. Sometimes the roads are narrow, and getting trucks in is a headache, but we’ve done it enough times to know the tricks. The office itself is usually cluttered with site maps, permit applications, and half-empty coffee cups. We aren't the type to wear suits or have big meetings in glass rooms. Usually, it's just a few of us sitting around a wooden desk talking about cement prices or labor issues. We’ve been operating out of this spot in Hyderabad for years, and we’ve seen the skyline change quite a bit. People stop by to ask about renovations or if we have any new apartment blocks coming up. We try to give them straight answers without any fluff. It’s not an easy job, especially when the summer heat kicks in and the sites get dusty, but it’s what we do. We like the grit of the construction business. There is something satisfying about seeing a pile of bricks turn into a home where a family will live for twenty years. We don't use fancy words to explain it; we just show up and build.
