Our office for K.Raheja It Park(Hyderabad)Pvt Ltd is in Global Enclave, specifically at Flat-409 in Bhagyanagar Colony. This is over in Kukatpalli, right across from the Kphb area. It is a busy part of Hyderabad, especially with all the shopping and residential blocks nearby. Being in a flat means it feels a lot more like a home than a cold corporate office. We have a kitchen area where we make tea, and the balcony gives us a bit of a view of the street below. It is not a massive skyscraper. We are just on the fourth floor of this enclave. The traffic near Kphb is pretty legendary, so we all have our shortcuts to get here on time without getting stuck. Inside, we have set up the rooms with workstations and filing cabinets. It is a bit of a maze with all the wires, but we know where everything is. We handle the IT park's business from here, mostly dealing with the administrative and local side of things. It is a busy spot but we keep a calm head. We are not into big slogans or fancy marketing. We just want to do the work right so we don't have to redo it later. It is a decent place to spend the day, and the neighbors in the building are mostly quiet. We appreciate that because it helps us stay focused on the small details. It is just our regular daily spot.
