Koncept Ambience Group

Our group, which we call Koncept Ambience Group, is based out of 102, Vasant Vihar here in Hyderabad. We’ve been in this part of Andhra Pradesh for quite a while now, and the 500 047 area feels like home. It’s a busy city, and Hyderabad is always growing, but our office stays pretty much the same. We have a few rooms filled with desks and maps and plenty of pens that always seem to go missing. Dealing with property and projects means there is always someone on the phone or out at a site. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. It’s just about getting things built and making sure the paperwork is in order for the people who live there. We have a small team, and we all know each other’s families by now. Sometimes the rain makes the commute to Vasant Vihar a bit of a mess, but we still make it in. We aren't interested in being the biggest name on the block, just in doing a job that doesn't cause anyone a headache. If you come by the office, you’ll probably see a lot of files and a few half-empty tea cups. It’s a real working environment, not some staged showroom. We just keep our heads down and try to stay on top of the schedule. There is always something new to look at, which keeps the days from getting too boring.
