We are over at Plot No 158 in Sree Colony, 4th Lane, Neredmet. It’s a bit of a quiet spot in Secunderabad compared to some of the busier parts of the city. We operate as Knight Frank India Pvt Ltd from this location. It’s a straightforward office where we handle all sorts of real estate matters. Most of our day is spent looking at land records and talking to people about where they want to set up their next project. Neredmet is a nice area, and being in a colony like this makes the workday feel a bit more relaxed. We have a small group here, and we’ve all been working together for a while, so we know how to stay out of each other's way. There’s always a stack of newspapers and property journals lying around the common area. We don’t do a lot of fancy marketing; mostly people find us because we’ve been in the area and they know we handle property stuff. We spend a lot of time out of the office, driving around to different sites to make sure everything is as it should be. It’s a lot of manual work, checking boundaries and talking to neighbors. We just keep things moving and try to stay organized with all the different files we have to manage every week. It’s not always easy keeping track of everything, but we do our best to stay on top of the pile.
