We are Kms Constructions Pvt Ltd and we set up our office at Fl106, S.V.Homes. This is right on Road No 2 in the Alkapuri area. It’s a pretty decent place to work from. Most of the time, the office is just a place to store our tools and the big rolls of plans we use. We spend more time on the actual construction sites than we do sitting behind a desk. Alkapuri is a busy neighborhood, and there is always something going on. We have been here for a while now. It’s not a fancy corporate setup with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a practical space where we can meet and figure out the next steps for our projects. Sometimes the traffic on Road No 2 gets a bit loud, but you just get used to it. We handle a lot of the local building work around here. Our team is small, but we’ve been working together for years. We don't really bother with big ads or anything. People usually just hear about us from their neighbors. If you walk into S.V.Homes, you can find us easily enough. We try to keep things simple and just focus on the job at hand. It’s a lot of physical work and planning, but that is what we do at Kms Constructions. We like being part of this community and seeing the buildings go up.
