Our place is over in Rajeev Nagar, specifically at Plot-81 in the Sai Krishna Residency. We are up on the second floor, flat 202. It’s a quiet colony called Balaji Swarna Puri. Erragadda is a lively area, so it’s nice to have a base here. We do a lot of construction projects across Hyderabad. We aren’t a big corporation with hundreds of secretaries. It’s just us working on plans and making sure the sites are running okay. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with blueprints and files everywhere, but we know where everything is. We started Kmc Constructions Pvt. Ltd. because we wanted to build things properly in our own city. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and visiting sites to check on the progress. It’s dusty work and can be stressful when rain delays things, but that’s the business. We don’t spend much on advertising because word of mouth usually works for us. If someone needs something built, they usually just give us a call or drop by the flat. We’ve been in this building for a while and the neighbors are used to us coming and going at odd hours. It’s just a practical setup for a construction firm. We focus on the daily tasks and making sure the foundations are solid. There is always something to fix or a plan to adjust, but we just keep at it.
