Kmc Constructions Limited is based at H.No.12-11-300/B in Warasiguda. That’s over in Secunderabad 500 061. It’s a busy part of town, so there is always something going on outside the door. We’ve been around for a while, just doing the regular building work that comes our way. It’s not a shiny office with a receptionist; it’s more of a practical space where we figure out the schedules and talk to the suppliers. Most of our time is spent on the actual sites, getting our hands dirty and dealing with the usual mess of a construction project. We use a lot of local guys and we’ve all been working together long enough to know how things go. Sometimes the materials are late, or the rain stops us from pouring concrete, and we just have to deal with it. It’s not always easy, and it certainly isn't glamorous. We don't have any big slogans. We just try to finish the jobs we take on so we can move to the next one. The city is always growing, so there’s usually something to fix or build. We keep the tools in the back and the paperwork on the desk, and that’s about it. It’s a local business run by people who live right here in the area. We aren't looking to be the biggest, just to stay busy and do the work right. Some days are hard, but that’s construction for you. We just take it as it comes.
