We are on the first floor, which is handy. We spend a lot of our time dealing with building systems and all the technical details that go with them. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure the math is right. Nizampet Road is always busy, so we get to see the city’s energy every day. We aren't big on marketing or trying to sound fancy. We just focus on the building work. Some days we are buried in paperwork, and other days we are out talking to people about their structural needs. It’s a steady pace.
