You can find us over at V.Srinivas, which is located at 11-3-392/2-3 in Srinivas Nagar. We are right near the Skandagiri Temple, so it’s a pretty easy landmark for anyone trying to find us in Secunderabad. Padma Rao Nagar is a nice area, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood over the years. At Kajaria Ceramics, we don't really go for the whole polished corporate look. Our space is more about the work itself. We have stacks of ceramic tiles everywhere, and the smell of the shop is just that honest, earthy smell of stone and clay. Srinivas is usually around if anyone needs a hand or has a question about a particular finish. It gets quite hot in the afternoons, so we usually have the fans going full blast while we organize the inventory. It’s a lot of manual work, shifting crates and making sure nothing gets chipped. We talk to the locals who are usually just fixing up a small part of their home. It’s a regular routine, opening up early and staying until the sun goes down. We don’t do big fancy presentations. We just show you what we have on the floor and let the materials speak for themselves. It’s just a local business trying to do things right in this corner of Secunderabad.
