K Raheja Corp. is located at Gcr Apartments, specifically in Flat No 301. We are in the Budhanagar area, which is right next to the Boduppal Bus Depot in Uppal. Being so close to the bus depot means it’s always easy to explain where we are to anyone who needs to visit. The office is up on the third floor of the apartment building. It’s a very local, home-grown kind of setup. We don't have a big corporate lobby with a fancy logo on the wall. Instead, we have a regular door and a modest space where we get our work done. The rooms are set up with desks and chairs, and there’s usually a lot of paper moving around. We deal with the day-to-day business of the corporation from this flat. It’s a bit unusual to some, but for us, it’s just our daily workspace. We can see the buses coming and going from the windows, which adds a bit of life to the day. The team here is pretty small and we don't worry about being formal. We wear regular clothes and talk like normal people. We aren't interested in using big words or sounding like a major corporation. We just want to finish our tasks and do our jobs well. It’s a simple, honest way to work. Uppal is a good place to be based, and we feel like we’re part of the local community here.
