Jmc Projects

Jmc Projects is based here in Eluru, specifically in Vidya Nagar. Our office is C/O P. Rathnayya, who is a retired ASP. It is a bit of a landmark for people in the Vidya Nagar Post Office area. Being in a residential-style house makes the work environment feel much more personal and local. We are in the West Godavari district of Andhra Pradesh, and the weather is usually quite humid and warm. The office is simple and doesn't have any of those big corporate signs hanging out front. We just have our desks set up in the rooms of the building. It’s a quiet street for the most part, except when the post office gets busy with people coming and going. We like being part of a real neighborhood instead of a cold industrial park. The staff often chats with the neighbors during their tea breaks. We don't do much marketing or anything like that. People just know we are here because they see us every day. We focus on our daily reports and managing the local project needs. It is a very honest and simple setup. We drink a lot of coffee to stay alert and try to stay on top of the paperwork that piles up. Eluru is a nice town to live in, and working out of Vidya Nagar suits us just fine. It feels like a small family business even though we are part of a bigger name. We just do our jobs.
