Jaypee Projects Ltd

Our office for Jaypee Projects Ltd is located in Kolkata, in the Ballygunge area. The address is 8/4 Sunny Park Apartment, at 6 Sunny Park. It’s actually inside an apartment building, which makes it feel a bit more like a home than a cold corporate office. Ballygunge is an old and well-established part of the city, and Sunny Park is a fairly quiet street with a lot of trees. We’ve been operating out of this apartment for a good while. It’s got high ceilings and those old-style windows you see in Kolkata. We’ve turned the rooms into workspaces with desks and filing cabinets. It’s a bit of a maze sometimes with all the folders stacked up. There are about eight of us working here regularly. We handle the various project details and the coordination for the eastern region. The vibe is pretty low-key. We don't wear formal suits or anything like that. Usually, there’s some background noise from the street or the other residents in the building, but it doesn't bother us. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea and eat our lunch. It’s a very typical Kolkata office setup—nothing too fancy, just a practical place to get the day's work done. We like being in this part of town because it’s easy to get to and has a bit of character that you don't find elsewhere.
