J&P Internation Overseas Company is located in Uppal, Hyderabad. Our office is at 16-143/1 in Prasant Nagar. It is near the Survey of India, so it is a landmark everyone knows. Srinivas is the one who usually handles the daily visitors. We have a lot of people coming in looking for work abroad. It is a small space with some chairs for people to wait in. The walls are mostly bare except for some notices about visa rules or job openings. Uppal is a crowded area, and the noise from the main road always filters in through the windows. We spend most of our time checking passports and helping people fill out their application forms. It is a lot of detail work that can get quite repetitive. Sometimes the office gets really full, and people have to wait outside on the steps. We don't have a lot of fancy technology. It is mostly just a few computers and a printer that occasionally jams. We try to be honest with people about their chances of getting a job. It is hard work for them and for us. We have been in Prasant Nagar for several years now. People find us by word of mouth mostly. We don’t do any big advertising. We just sit here in our corner of Hyderabad and try to help people get to where they want to go for their future.
