We are located at Plot No.26 in Apat Colony, which is right by the Yamjal X Road. If you know the M.Hayathnagar area, you’ve probably passed by our spot in R.R. District. We do a lot of work with housing and industrial stuff around Hyderabad. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we get the paperwork done and meet with people. We have a few desks and a lot of blueprints lying around. Dealing with land and buildings involves a lot of back-and-forth. Sometimes the weather makes things slow down, but we keep at it. The team here grew up in this part of the city, so we know the local roads and how things work here. We don't use big words or fancy brochures. It’s mostly just sitting down with a cup of tea and looking at site plans. We’ve seen Hyderabad grow so fast lately. Being out here near the X road means we see the traffic and the new buildings going up every month. We just try to do our part in the housing sector without making a fuss. It’s a lot of coordination with contractors and checking on materials. Some days are longer than others, especially when we are trying to finish up a specific phase of a project. We’re just local people working in the industry, trying to keep things steady and helpful for the folks who come to see us about their property or land.
