Even though the name says Kolhapur, we are actually operating out of Hyderabad these days. Our spot is in the HDUDA Colony over in Tanashah Nagar, specifically in the Papaluguda area near Manikonda. It’s a part of town that is growing really fast with new buildings popping up everywhere you look. We moved into MIG 04 and set up our base of operations for the construction work we do. There is always a lot of dust and noise around here because of all the development. Our office is usually full of site maps and rolls of drawings that never seem to stay flat. We spend most of our time out on site rather than sitting behind a desk, honestly. The sun in Andhra Pradesh, or Telangana now, is no joke when you are standing out on a slab all afternoon. We have a small team of guys who have been with us through plenty of different builds. We don't go in for big advertisements or anything like that. Usually, people just hear about us from someone else in the neighborhood. It gets pretty hectic trying to coordinate deliveries of sand and bricks while the traffic in Hyderabad is acting up. We just take it one day at a time and try to get the walls up straight. It’s a lot of sweat and long hours, but that’s the nature of the business we chose.
