We are situated in Yousufguda, specifically in Rehmath Nagar. Our house number is 8-226/363/1. It’s a busy part of Hyderabad, and there is always something going on outside our door. The office itself is pretty modest. We have a few desks squeezed into the rooms we have available. It’s not the most spacious place, but we make it work. Most of our day is spent coordinating between different sites and keeping track of materials. It can get a bit loud with the traffic nearby, but you get used to it after a week or two. We don't use any fancy management software; most of our stuff is just written down or kept in basic spreadsheets. It’s how we’ve always done it. The team here is a tight-knit group. We’ve worked together for a long time, so we know how to stay out of each other's way. Sometimes we have tea breaks on the small balcony if the weather isn't too bad. We aren't here to impress anyone with a fancy lobby. We are just here to do our jobs and go home to our families. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of place. We handle the paperwork, take the calls, and try to keep everything on schedule as best we can. It’s a lot of manual coordination and checking things twice. It keeps us busy from morning until late in the evening.
